Removal of semi-permanent ball stretcher

Removing the ball stretcher takes some effort. This is after working and stretching the sack to get it thinner to allow each teste to pass through. You can see how red the sack is from the process. The ball stretcher needs the testicles forced through the ring. It cannot ever fall off. Sometimes the balls fluctuate in size and the ring cannot be removed as it's too painful trying to force them through.
