Due to diabetes and several back issues I have severe erections issues. I use an EDEX (alprostadil for injection) 40 mcg injection about 10 minutes before I am ready to have sex and I won't get an erection unless there is physical stimulation. Once there is, I have an erection for as long as there is stimulation, whether it is manual or during coitus. Once I ejaculate, the erection subsides. But, even 3-4 hours later, if there is any stimulation I'll get a partial erection. Even without an injection, I can get an erection if I at least use a band around the base of my shaft and a lot of stimulation. Whatever this person injected was useless. for those interested, EDEX is available through a prescription from your primary physician or a urologist. It usually comes in a packet of 6 injections, alcohol wipes and a carrying case for a prepped needle. I get them for free from the VA.

to scott882009 : The appropriate dose is 20ml, and the needle is much shorter. That needle was going into the Urethra and not the Corpus cavernosa. It takes 3 minutes after injecting and I am ROCK SOLID for 45 minutes straight! You can step it up with tri-mix, but all I need is the Alprostadil. Viagra is for CHUMPS!
