In the US, ideologically, only the prevailing politically correct orthodoxy is acceptable. In a country founded on Puritan values, this ideological orthodoxy is the new religion. Especially in corporate America, those suspected of non-conformance to the orthodoxy are deemed "insensitive" and are fired from their jobs or are ordered to attend "Sensitivity Training" where they are lectured on the importance of accepting "diversity" as it is defined by the orthodoxy. Here on Xhamster I think we define "diversity" differently.
