Personally I like to put two castrator bands around the base of my limp dick and leave them on for two hours. It causes damage to the nerves in the penis and causes long lasting numbness. After you have had the bands on for two hours and remove them the pain is excruciating and lasts for several minutes but once the pain subsides you get to enjoy your numb dick.
